Wish we had put on a better show for you but at least we won.

It was good meeting all of you in the C&S today.

Have a good return to your various homes & hope to see you on your return to the Bush.

    Hi Lads

Apologies for the all to brief showing at the C&S yesterday. The young lad and myself arrived around 2ish, hungry and thirsty. Not a good state to be in when the bar and food line are 3 deep. We scarpered up to Uxbridge Rd for a quick bite and drink.

I would like to have met a few of the characters on here who were at the C&S yesterday. Next time.

Finally, for those Irish Rs who have had the pleasure of using Finglas Travel Co., let's be mindful and thankful for him. He was out of pocket this time on our ticket block booking and his generosity at other times knows no bounds. We have to work out a system in future whereby he (or someone else) doesn't hold the can on the up front booking cash. Cheers Fingy, we will get you back.

By the way, Lee Evans in Barking in Essex was a good laugh last night. I now speak Essex-ese!!

    Cheers!

    Thanks a lot CorkeR.

The C&S was heaving and was quite uncomfortable with all the crowds so your decision to go elsewhere was totally understandable.

Don't worry about the couple of quid on the tickets. We had such a good day, that's what's important.
