Anton Ferdinand was excellent today like most of them. Special mention for taiwo who bossed Walcott. This truly could be a legendary team. Come on you r'ssss stay up. Also how can I forget diakite out bloody standing.

Ill take the yellow cards if it means 3 points. It also means we got stuck in, Hughes teams are known for being hard to play against, we were too soft under NW and I also think wed have lost this game under him.

Hughes change of formation and tactics were spot on today. We played a proper 451 but were only able to do that because of Zamora.

People were writing Taiwo and Diakite off on here after 1 or 2 games which is totally insane. They are both at the least PL squad players and Id like to see them back if we stay up. I wish diakite would stop taking on people in our own box though!

The interesting question is, would we have played 4-5-1 and won with Cisse available? I don't think so! Hughes had his hand forced but boy oh boy was that a great thing!

Quick question - was RVP offside when Paddy pulled off the amazing save? Looked miles off from where I sit, but that's in the upper loft. Academic now I realise, but still interested to see if the lino got the (potentially) big decision right?

I'm totally prepared to publicly rescind the following statement and apologise if wrong after re-watching the match; but I did feel the lino on that side of the pitch was very poor and not up to standard.

It may prove to be too little too late but if this is the only top division season I ever see from my team I'll at least be able to say we deservedly beat an Arsenal team in brilliant form. Taarabt, Zamora, Diakite and Derry in particular were superb but they can all be proud of themselves for a proper team performance. I thought Arsenal were poor and some of the players weren't up for the physical challenge. Maybe a little complacent on their part.

Well done to our manager MH. Some on here questioned if he had the ability to motivate our team. Today you got your answer.

Fantastic performance today, thought we were better than them, better than against Liverpool and better than under NW. Now for the ghost of Dennis Bailey!

One more thing, notice how much more solid we looked without Young in the team, I think Onuoha was bought in as a CB but I think hes a better RB. Also Barton is now not taking set pieces when in the team

Im glad Hughes is seeing these things which separates him from the previous manager who would just plod on with the same thing game after game.

You beat me to it flyer! Totally agree, looked more solid. Great performance from team and crowd, I can hardly speak. Loved the atmosphere and even a few rounds of thoroughly deserved 'there's only one Joey Barton!'. The team ouzed passion today and totally professional with every aspect even down to Paddy politely screaming at the ball boy not to touch it so he can get it and kill time, and BZ virtually sitting in row A ellerslie for his substitution! Terrific all round, absolutely buzzing!

From S block, almost in line, Van nipple-boy was a good yard off-side. But all the QPR off sides in the first half were clearly offside! Would have been our luck for RVP to score when so clearly offside. Great save from Paddy!!

Looked a mile off from PU block, but then that's not the best view to judge from!

Getting a bit miffed people saying Arsenal were poor IMO they looked great on the ball and out passed us by a mile but we hussled and harried them all day long and they cracked as would most teams. Great fighting display by the Rsssss today.

We made them look poor because we worked harder and never let them settle. I bet MOTDs focus will be on them being poor too, were even on 5th today.
