    Fortunately yes.

The atmosphere for the Cup game in 2012 was so intimidating that if I am honest, I am relieved I missed out.

Fans talk about Boca-River, Rangers-Celtic and QPR-Chelsea in the same breath around the globe I know.

But I tell you, having been to all three nothing compares to the febrile atmosphere at Loftus Road. NOTHING

I did two tours in Afghanistan and let me tell you, that was cakewalk compared to panic inducing, terrifying stands at the Road of Loftus

Anyway 500 left as of 4hrs ago, all single seats & restricted views , but it looks like our cup final will sell out , so you can stop worrying attendance boy! Shame its not a Saturday evening KO like it would have been if you had beaten PSG , typical Chelsea, one time I want you to win you lose! ;)

If that turns out to be the case, and I really doubt it'll be more than the odd one or two here and there, it will get tasty should they not sit on their hands.

Some of the more discerning ones who are on the QPR database?
I'm not on the Chelsea database, funny that! ;)

Yeah, no away fans dared ever celebrating a goal at terrifying Loftus Road. Especially in the Ellerslie. Players are too scared to take corners at this hotbed of football

They've been daring to & been getting ejected from that Lower School end section all season.

You can paint whatever picture of the 2012 game you like. It happened.

As for the 80s, was well before my time but football has moved on. If there are Chelsea fans in anywhere but the School End, they would be very silly to celebrate a Chelsea goal, as is the case at any away ground.

I think you mean 2011, surely not Loftus library for the Cup game in 2012. Are you sure it happened? You seem very unsure of your facts

I'll trust you've got the right year as you actually bother to keep the ticket stubs and store photos of football supporters from years gone by in case an opportunity comes up on a football forum to use them so if your question is am I not an anorak like you, then no.

Enjoy your Stalinist rewrite of history.

Change the year the game was played, the facts, etc... <ok>

North Korea won the World Cup, QPR won the league and LR was the most intimidating stadium ever in 2011, or was it 2012? Who cares... it is a great story down the pub!

    Whatever gives you succour

Whoa, a year out and the resident not606 anorak has an aneurysm. No one can re-write history when you have an encyclopedic knowledge of every fixture since 1970 including attendance, away attendance, noise of the support and who mugged off who.

Or maybe it's just a Stalinist rewrite of history to share down the pub.

I think the most boring chunt of the year has an early winner.

Specialist subject Mr Magnusson, trying to make QPR relevant on a Chelsea board.

I'm sorry sir but your score is zero. The pointless has no point.

No need for any QPR fans to do anything of the sort when we get nearly as many mentions on here as the team the board is supposed to be about.

There's always QPR threads on the Chelsea board, so that makes us relevant, at least to the poster who keeps posting them. Bit of a closet fan I reckon, no wonder he's on the data base! <laugh>

You would know far more about this board than most fella as it seems you spend most of your life on it.

We'll need to have the Samaritans on full alert if ever you were deprived of such a privilege.
