It's a tough old game these days. The market will always beat the Authorities who seem to think they can legislate competitiveness. How wrong they are.

Be great if Qpr moved from the most soulless characterless plastic subbuteo stadium ever built!!

But could they fill it? A new stadium can be a curse

Loftus Road is cramped and has poor facilities but even you, the most bitter of all our haters, with the possible exception of the lovely Dilligaf, know it's not soulless or characterless.

In my opinion, talk of 40,000 is hopefully wide of the mark, even in the top division. 25-28000 with room to expand as and when required would be best. You're right about new grounds sometimes being a curse. The real soulless grounds- Coventry in particular but Leicester, Southampton etc. have meant the home team loses the advantage of the atmospheric old ground. If it's designed properly, that need not be a problem, and to be fair to Fernandes he tends to listen to the fans when it comes to this sort of thing.

Sorry Pikey you are so wrong! Not only is it soulless it looks like an old Londis supermarket. That's why you're always on here because your board is a carbon copy of it.:)

See, Oz, I could respond with something equally childish but you're at least twice my age and posting on this forum when your team is playing in a match down the road so, really, what's the point when you clearly only post to stir rather than because you actually care very much about Chelsea or want to discuss issues relating to them? Your bigotry and pettiness is entertaining at times but in reality it's something you'd expect from a young wum on his school holidays.

Well Pikey that's not quite right is it! I was commenting on your banal post at half time as I couldn't get a ticket due to family reasons but still managed to stream the beauty:)
Yes I am a little older and remember watching all your league cup games with some mates who were rangers fans. And I have to say your old Londis supermarket looked tired then.

When you go down, which is a certainty now you should support an equally other small club like Charlton or Millwall. They are so you don't ya think?<ok>
