Taarabt hasn't had the waving practise that Jonas has had. Going to take time for him to get into Tash's good books.

I'm expecting QPR to finish bottom. Swansea and Wigan to follow them to the championship.

Think Wigan will struggle without N'Zogbia he kept them up last year.

Exactly and with Cleverly returning to Man United they will really struggle in midfield. Their defense is shocking as well.

I'd back Norwich to stay up over the other 2. Mainly because of Lambert to be honest.

Quite like QPR, Swansea and Wigan but somebody has to go down and it looks as if those three are going to be in the dog fight for survival.

Same , don't mind any of the three. But someone's got to go down and I think it'll be them unfortunately.

Would much rather like to see Villa , mackems and Blackburn go down.

I think QPR have every reason to think they can compete given they ran away with the championship last season. Remember every team inside the PL was saying we would go down.

Wolves
Wigan
Swansea

We were unique in how we already had a team of mostly proven EPL players though with a lot of experience in the top flight. It was a case of getting rid of the dead wood, regaining the team spirit and then bouncing back up.

QPR, on the other hand, have a squad of Championship players who have to prove that they can all make the step up to the quality in the EPL. Some will, but not all of them.

Villa and Blackburn, but I don't mind the mackems staying up for the sake of the derby games. 31/10/10?

Provided they play like they did on Halloween , then I definitely wouldn't mind seeing them stay up!

I don't think any of them will stay up, none of them have strengthened their squad enough (yet) to stay up. I think all three will pull off some good results early in the season but will ultimately fall short as the season goes on. They all came up last season from what was a weak Championship. Wolves, Wigaan and Blackburn also look weak but all three have plenty of PL experience that will ultimately see them survive. All three have a worse team than West Ham and Birmingham had last season.

Well I suppose if you went on rotten owners you would go for QPR Blackburn and toon they are the worst owners by a long street in PL basically QPR owners are bigger cheapskates than Ashley and that takes some doing. I suppose realistically you would have to put the likes of Wigan and Swansea into the mix however I :sad:think we will finish about 14th and with the current mentality of the way the club is run that is about the best we can do.

I thought QPR were the ''Man City'' of the Championship?

There main signings have all been on frees. <laugh>

Jay Boothrudieboy, Kieron Never Fit Dyer & Danny Average Gabbibon! How ironic.. I thought they would spalsh the cash but how wrong was I.. !!!!

Norwich I think will go down but with a fight! QPR the same.. and Swansea, I'm not too sure, depends how Dyer, Sinclair & co adapt to the EPL.

Norwich have been very busy in the transfer market and I think they'll stay up.

Swansea will go down with a fight.

QPR will fight and fight but will finish 19th.

It is always interesting to read other supporter's views on your team. I think on the whole you’ve got Q.P.R. about right. We over achieved dramatically last season. We have the tightest owners known to mankind, but a manager who will get the best out of his players. You’d have thought that Shaun Derry would be so important to us last season?

I think some of you are wrong about Taarabt. He is the best and the worst player rolled into one. On his day (which clearly there will be fewer of this season) he is unstoppable, otherwise he is a complete and utter liability. I wouldn’t swap him for the world, the good days are just so exhilarating. Outside of him we have a bunch of good pros, but we are not Premier League class. However there a 5 or 6 other teams that are not Premier League class either, all we have to do is beat them to stay up – and they do not have Adel Taarabt.

We will stay up, but we will take some damn good hidings during the season. The only proviso is that we don’t lose Warnock, Taarabt, Faurlin or Kenny. By the way, there is a “strong” rumour that we are being taken over today. That must be the third one this summer to date.

Good luck with the season ahead. Any of you boys coming down on the 12th September? It’s a damn long way for a Monday night.
