I think we've extracted the best we can out of Hoillett. For the vasty majority of his 4 year stay he's been a non-contributor. That can't be forgotten.

Clearing his wages, selling Phillips and bringing in 2 new wingers with points to prove (much like El Khayti) will see us in a better place IMO.

I have "borrowed" from "another site" some very useful information on player contracts. I also attach the link to the original discussion:

Shame to read Angella is on a season loan only. I thought he was ours. Hope we can buy him.

First priorty should be getting Hill on the coaching staff - would hate to see the club discard such a passionate and dedicated player

    I would willingly take him.

We have just stabilised the defensive formation and it would a shame to have to rebuild it (again). I hope that the powers that be are working on this.

The key issues with our contracts for me seems to be:

Phillips - to sell for a reasonable price
    Fer - to sell
    Sandro - how to sell

Faurlin - to give another extension
Angella - to make an offer after the loan?

Plus, what to do with Henry, Doughty and Sutherland. I pressume they will leave.
...and of course the clubs' apporach to Clint Hill.

I think we will see a lot of Angella and Hall combination, in order to see if it will truely work....and if it does...offer him the position for next season.
Ned becomes our RB, Robinson our LB ...with Perch, Furlong and Cole backup.

    Looking OK

We need to buy a DCM though...Henry is the best we have, and I am sure he will go at the end of the season...we need some one desperately

When we don't sell Sandro he'll be available for the first hour or so of next season

I'd really rather not have Onouha as our RB. He's had 1 reasonable game there against Birmingham, where as Watford R pointed out, Maghoma was atrocious.

Remember him being skinned alive there by Alan Judge against Brentford?

We need to invest in a proper RB

    Onuaha is a centre back.
...plus can fill in at LB.

Ned was terrible when played at LB. He's a RB who has had some good games as a CB, but his lapses of concentration are frequently more critical there than at RB.

    You are absolutely correct!

    I mixed my left's and right's.

Although, I believe he is best as a CB.
