Convinced Tony could build a sand castle with out ****ing it up, probably attempt to contract a 3 sided bucket for 50 million quid.

Still love to be wrong though.

Mock all you want mate, I've seen first hand on the floor the panic that has set in, not to mention I'll also have to front up more readies for a euro when I go on holiday in September.

I'll leave it there as this is a football thread but more than happy to educate you on how FX and stock trading works.

No thanks, I would rather take advice from my cat as she probably knows more about economics after your first post. :emoticon-0148-yes:
I am also going to France in August and it will cost me more but that's life. 3 years ago when i went there i got £1 to €1 and guess what we were in EU?

Looking to re-do the mortgage Ellers, what does that cat think is best way forward in the current climate?

Depends where you live? But if in doubt blame Brexit. In fact, if anything goes wrong from now on, just blame Brexit.
It's a brilliant time to remortgage, because of Brexit, someone offering something like 1.79% fixed for 10 years. Go for it.

Bloody hell i thought this was a thread about the new stadium? Any excuse for our political posters to change it to Brexit.

Some news is good news I suppose but painfully slow.
Don't hold your breath. Parliament still has a number of votes to take and Theresa May isn't a fan. Size of the investment might be off putting in these uncertain times, and the downturn in the commercial property market might mean we don't need new office space. Developer of 40 Leadenhall has put it on hold until it has pre - let enough space.

No Sb they have already said they want to go ahead with HS2. They want the North to be a powerhouse.

No mate, this threads about Cadbury getting naming rights on the loft, it's going to be the Boost Loftus Road Stadium! I guess Tony needs the extra cash...
