difficult to know sometimes what happens internally at a club we at qpr have the richest man in england
lakiesh mittel he owns all the indian steel and just recently he gve us 180 million to pay off all our debts but because we are little qpr we will probabley get in trouble for that it amazes me that chelsea were given 800 million by abromovitch
after being given 400 million by mathew harding and nothing is said
because clubs like man city and man utd and chelsea seem to be treated differantly than the minnows of football like little old qpr who last season had the smallest ground in the prem
    sometimes life dosnt seem fair
a bit like in 1972 when qpr played charlton athletic unluckily for us the rotherhythe gang who were millwalls toughest decided to arrived they were only 50 handed but those guys were of docker origion
LOVELY GEEZER WE ALL NEEDED NAPPIES THAT DAY

If football was fair, youd have started the season with a points deduction given the recent abysmal financial results youve had. we were given a transfer embargo for losses under a different owner. No owner should be allowed write off debts of 180m regardless of the club. Some level playing field alright <doh>

Ow the irony <doh> coming from a division 4 club who only prospered for a short period due to running up massive debts which they can never pay in 100 years and won't pay anyone when they go bust.<whistle>

What debts? Our superb owner converted them into share equity and wiped off all interest owed <cheers>
Now imagine being £45M in debt and not having ANY assets - that really would set the going bust alarm bells ringing <whistle>

The money is all still owed to your owner, and gets £2 million a year interest, which for the last couple of seasons your owner has waved.First season he doesn't your gone. Our debt which is less than yours is also owed to the owner, only difference is our club has a value close to any money owing, yours is about 1 tenth of the value of the debt.<laugh> in other words your fooked.<whistle>

eireleeds fan im not so sure we will get away with this action im becomeing completly suicidal,if chelsea hadnt bought loic remy on the last day of the transfer window we would have probabley stayed up but the loss of loic was just too much for us to deal with

Sorry your right I did make the number up,its not £2 million interest its £8.4 million <laugh> as your artical says and it also says he's not swapped the Debt to shares like you made up,just the ongoing loses, you still owe him all the debt and if the interest is 8.4 million <yikes> how much is the debt £100 million ?

You should have gone to specsavers <laugh>

"John Berylson has agreed to write off £8.4m of accrued interest owed by the club to his company"

    And read this part again

"Separately, cash funding of the ongoing losses is being made by issue of B shares (equity, not debt) and £12.375m of B shares were issued during the year to 30th June 2015 covering the last two years."

To simplify it for thick Northern types

    WE HAVE NO DEBT <cheers>

How about your £45M debt and £3M interest you owe GFH for last year <laugh>
Then there's the 20+ ongoing legal cases where you've "forgotten" to pay your bills <whistle>

You do make a fool of yourself, southern bafoon. He charged you 8.4 million interest, you couldn't pay it so he has wrote it off this year. The ongoing loses as you are loseing massive money every season is being turned into shares,so more club debt owed to him.The important words there is ongoing loses, not the £100 million or so you already owe him,you still owe him that, just the ongoing loses. You don't work with other peoples money do you TC as that would be a big worry.

Could be worse. They could have own a ground built on valuable building land secured by an ever dwindling lease. Some asset.

Our net debt at the end of 2013/14 was £18.8M <doh>
We lost £2M last season - which meant our debt was £20.8M - of that, £8.4 was interest on previous loans that had aslo been converted into shares - that £8.4 was written off leaving a net debt of £12.4M

That £12.4M has also been converted into shares!

Now do you want me to put yyou back into the box? <laugh>

You do know what "accrued interest" means don't you <laugh>
And its 12% - might as well be 100% as he ALWAYS writes it off <cheers>

Not me making it up mate - all in our "transparent" accounts http://www.millwallholdingsplc.co.u...dingsplc.co.uk/SKMBT_C28014111912230_2nd_.pdf that are ALWAYS filed on time <cheers>

So your saying you've been on the point of going bust for a while then.

And your wonderful owner is charging nearly twice the rate of interest that Cellino is charging Leeds <whistle>

He is a builder isnt he,and he wanted to build a housing estate where your ground is didn't he,He wanted to buy the land off the council on the cheap to do so didn't he,but they sold to somone else didn't they, how long do you think he will wast good money on a dead duck now his big profit has gone up in smoke.:emoticon-0140-rofl: that's what I think as well your fooked.

Harvard is full of builders <laugh>
Our owner has taken out 0 in interest in 8 years
Cellino has already taken out £2M in 1 year <laugh>

You really are flogging a dead horse if you are trying to compare chairmen <laugh>
