**** mine. no wonder they signed for a relegation bound side. QPR should be ashamed of themselves paying that money. No doubt some will come on here questioning those figures. Couldnt happen to a nicer club.

No wonder all these players signed for a relegation bound side. Hope they got relegation clauses, could be the next Pompey

They can't blame me as it's straight out of The Sun, so they can take it up with them. Fernandez mind is spitting feathers with the players.

they tried to emulate their neighbours chelsea by trying to buy success and we know they could never do that with just a 18k stadium. they did buy good players but they had to pay them over the odds to get them and give them good contracts on top......their main down fall was appointing redknapp as he is so overrated its untrue....well they will have to pay the price now as the players were laughing after the game at reading as they know they will still get premiership wages whatever league they are in.....there is no way they can sustain the wages they have to pay and i can see them going into administration before we reach the half way point of next season and will end up like pompey....

dai, they did try, but an eye for a player rther than throwing darts at every available player. Lucky the dart didnt hit big John Parkin. I am sure they would have paid him 100k

QPR have been run even more recklessly than pompey. pompey only went under because their crook of an owner suddenly decided not only to pull the plug on the investment, but wanted his money back.

got to feel sorry for tony fernandes. **** the players who took vast salaries but played dog ****e. redknapp did what he does best which is spend money, but even that wasnt even enough. fernandes has been taken advantage of big time.

That's who I feel sorry for, he invested big time, but his players took the piss. But you have to question, why the hell he would sanction such salaries. You do wonder if they will be going down the same route as Pompey.

musty, lambert got back to back promotions with norwich. mcdermott took reading from mid table mediocrity to champions, and rodgers took you up and stayed up. there are a few overrated managers for sure, but those 3 certainly arent (were in the case of mcdermott).

agree there Vetch, harry was doomed before he started, however, no great loss in my eyes for either side. if watford get up i wonder how many loan signings there will be in their squad - 20?
