Just in case it helps you, I think you need Chrome. I got the live streams I paid for OK on my laptop (though with some breaks) in Norway. Now I'm hoping it works as well in Thailand.

I watched the Hull game in Manila on my iPhone. Tried to watch the next game on iPad, got email saying they collected the payment but no stream. They say they are investigating the problem.

I think you can but through the QPR app, which is iphone but can be downloaded to iPad. If you are abroad, or using a VPN which makes it look like you are abroad, are using Chrome, Opera or some browser other than Safari. And have paid with an account that makes it look like you are abroad.

I haven't tried and doubt I will, easier to actually go to the games.
