Really? Well I didn't see you tucking into much humble pie when he was bombed out at Fulham. In any case, any consuming of any kind of pies is Taarabt's forte not ours. Seriously though, don't you think we should wait and see if he plays even a single decent game for them before we give a verdict? Even though AC Milan are now only a mid-table Club, I do find it astonishing that they would take a player who's never played a decent top-flight season in his career and couldn't even get his game for a team at the foot of the Prem. I would urge you to hold back a bit with the praise Pete until he's actually proved himself because remember, we signed Granero from Real Madrid and look how sh*t he was? All I can say is Milan must be really desperate if they've sunk this low. Taarabt has said today that he sees Milan only as a stepping stone to Madrid or Barca. You couldn't make it up! Best of luck to him though. I hope it works out for him.
Agree with this, it's purely his attitude that holds him back & stops him reaching his potential just hope he doesn't waste this great chance.
Never this. Myself i never liked the lad and his lazy attitude. He has/had great ability and silky skills but once he has/had a bad day he was/is truly woeful. He had ONE great season and during that season he was awful in some matches too (dont get me started on derby and Rob Savage!). He played two seasons in the prem with us and only in handful of matches he was good. AC Milan obviously noticed his exceptional skills and rely that he suits better in their style (Serie A) of football. The game is a bit slower there and that would probably suits Adel better. Good luck to Adel and maybe you have chance there in a bit weaker league but wont be sad to see him go.
