Okay guys lets put some of these rubbish rumours to bed. Unlike these ITK (which actually means they know FA and just like the attention) that we get on here, i have actually been told be someone who is quite (high up) in the Spurs circles that we won't be getting Defoe. Actually when you think about it with a level head you can see its a bit of fantasy and it not happening. Anyway last week i met my Spurs mate and cheekily asked him if defoe was coming to the mighty Rangers and after about 5 minutes of him laughing and me picking him up off the floor he said 'No Chance, but you can have Pav if you want'. He said 'Ellers we won't let him go'. He then went on about a golf day which bored me and how spurs could have have been 5-0 up at half time against us. Anyway guys i have always said i am not an ITK and people that know me on here will know i always mock them for talking rubbish. I have always said that i know two people that work at football clubs and this is one of them. Don't be deluded by these fantasy posts about Defoe coming to QPR because My mate is very well respected in the club and says it won't be happening.

I will bet you that Russian Billionaire that you said was taking over QPR when TF did. I don't need to bet i just believe someone i know that actually knows and not gossip from a message board.
No update I'm afraid apart from I heard Neil was looking at him a while back. The thing people forget about Defoe is that he needs to be playing in the run up to Euro 2012. Harry & Co are not silly, they have a strict wage structure and they know for a fact Adebayor will never play for them on a permanent basis due to his wage demands. Defoe will happen I'm told but I suspect a loan is more likely.
Cerny i would be over the moon to see Defoe at QPR but unless you got your info from Harry or Levi then i have to say that i cannot see it happening.
