Perhaps I am missing something and many fans might be aware anyway, however many years ago certainly in the fifties and possibly early sixties, The Club used to have on sale a lapel badge which incorporated the letters QPR overlapping (if I recall correctly), within the body of the badge.

You used to then be able to purchase each year a bar indicating the season ie 1957-58 and attach it to the base of the badge or previous year's bar.

Those lapel pins sound great. A uniquely branded not606 QPR lapel pin will be fantastic and I shall be proud to wear it - no need for those Masonic handshakes as introductions when everyone meets up at the Crown & Sceptre.

I see these other QPR lapel pin designs up on eBay:-

DT Footspa, I'm about to sign off on these; just wanted to check the pantone and any other thoughts you might have.

Very nice design - I was under the impression that it was also going to be personalized with the words "not606", but perhaps the unique design already speaks to that?

Put me down for one Sku. An excellent idea...

As for the 'secret handshake', it's something like this...

Thank you all for your warm approval; I wanted to get this right before setting this up.

I will be placing the die on order and hope to have these available via eBay with PayPal payment within the next three weeks or so.

I'll be ordering an initial 100 and then gauging demand thereafter.

To avoid teasing any further :) I'll bump this thread and post full details with a hyperlink when these become available.

Sounds great, what do you think the price tag will be and shipping to Canada? I intend to buy 3. Since initially only 100 will be available, will there be size limits on individual orders?

top shout Sku and only just read this thread.

ive got a couple of the old ones already but i'd also have a couple of these.

Can you send to Aus & maybe the boys around Brissie could do it as one order to say time and postage?

Perhaps, I'll get another lapel pin for my brother-in-law, who at a family reunion last summer wore this fashionable shirt, without the slightest appreciation of the significance for me - when I saw him, of course I boomed out a rather loud, UUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRR's, he appeared incredulous, everyone else looked at me a bit queer, like what's his problem and my wife told me to calm down - I thought it was all rather funny!

    Not a bad shirt!

A bit later than I had anticipated; but I now have circa 90 of these made up and ready to stick onto e-Bay in the New Year; just working out the maths and the logistics. Notionally, I'm looking to keep the price at somewhere under a fiver each, and that should cover the outlay.

I'll re-bump this thread and attach a link when it's all in place. Apologies again to those who showed an original interest; and thanks for your patience, I'll look to get this sorted soon! <laugh>
