Rangers fans won’t be thrilled by ranking underneath both their league rivals Fulham and Brentford come 3015.

They could play for 10,000 years and not win half of that lot. I predict in a thousand years we'll be a feeder club for Wealdstone in the Martian League Division 27...

Currently one cannot predict the team or have a clue on the result of the NEXT match! It is a great pity that I cannot live to 1055 to check the accuracy of this prediction. I even wonder if football will exist in 1000 years. If it does, the transfer fees could be spectacular, e.g. 100 trillion GBP for a third rate goalie.

At least the absurdity of the article made me chuckle. :)
 
In 1000 years, we'll still be trying to get planning approval for our new training facility at Old Oak, Rochdale tip or wherever ......so don't hold your breath for our new stadium!
