I've had plenty of laser at Moorfields and received great service but generally the NHS sucks. but this doesnt happen in private medicine "Hospitals across England are facing major disruption with the cancellation of thousands of operations, despite a 24-hour strike by junior doctors being called off."
I admit in the past it was a mess As I was 24 hours from having a cornea transplant and Buckley my consultant stepped in I also had laser treatment 20 years ago ... Burnt straight through my left cornea with a machine from James Bond ... That pain I still remember and it left my left eye with three scars that still split to this day I have since read the article about DT the man and his case looks worse that I thought. Hope he does OK When I visit moorfields today and see people in a terrible way that effects day to day life I can only praise the development they are doing there Without them I would have a crap time. My lense inserts have to custom made there ... Expensive but can't put a price on eye sight but it has me a irritable bastard
Dave Thomas IMO was the best footballer of his era Brilliant times watching him as everyone is right he was hacked to bits and just got up and got on with it He didn't even wear pads and I copied that until they were law
