My boss started referring to QPR's in the middle of a work conversation. For a few happy seconds I thought he was as fixated about us as I am. He did laugh when I told him why I was sitting there looking confused - b*stard !

 

This looks really useful for my clients and I have signed up for some stuff from them - albeit a bit reluctantly - I'll try to persuade them to change their monika if they're any good ..................FFC Process Gold perhaps

 

actually it is a Finnish company.

 

Thanks Finn. During my working life I sold CRM systems so I was probably one of the few people on here who found the OP of interest.
