I’d agree. Had actually forgotten Radebe captaining them

I think the last player to have captained a team in the world cup who had at one time or another played for us, would be Viduka in the 2006 world cup, but Radebe was both captain for South Africa in 1998 and 2002, whilst still playing for us

Before that I would say we have to got all the way back to 1974 when Billy captained Scotland.

Just checked as I thought maybe John Charles might have captained Wales in 58, but he didn't, so Adams will become the 3rd player to captain his country whilst playing for Leeds
