Didn't Russia claim to have lost all of their computer records when asked for them by Garcia. The FBI can ask for whatever they like from Russia but they won't get it. To be honest though at the time of the vote I thought they would win, it had a feeling of being their turn. They won't lose this now unless Putin actually invades the Ukraine.
