    As i said i admit i was wrong. I just assumed since they're Arabs they're from a foreign country, as that's where most of them come from, and in this case i was right, and they may not know anything about the local passion or the fans, so they may not care and just use the club as a toy.

    So i'm sorry if my comment sounded racist. It wasn't simply "all Arabs will be crap owners", it was basically an argument that Arabs may not understand the local passion or anything about the club, and might not show interest or respect for the fans.

    No it's because he said something that was potentially and could be interpreted as racist. Don't just tell him it's his reputation because you agree with him <doh> Tash has admitted he is wrong. And I applaud him for that and hold no hostility towards him. I never have with Tash actually, he's just a football blogger <doh> It's you coming here with something which doesn't matter at all and trying to tell us all that Ben Arfa is an arab (which doesn't matter) When Ben Arfa himself considers himself French. <doh>

    1) You can be Muslim and French -- Islam is a religion, not a nationality. So whoever said that should probably stay out of stupid arguments that were only started because people always look for reasons to argue with Tash

    2) in respect to Man City, obviously I'd be stoked if I were a supporter and could have Champions League football, BUT, I would forever be worried about the day the sheik leaves and there's nobody in the world willing to take on the money he's put into the club

    3) I've also never understood why when the sheik treats the club as a toy, clearly has no business motivations, he almost NEVER goes to watch their matches in person?
