Well if we're going to be treated like "customers" rather than "supporters" that's exactly what's going to happen with most clubs in the future
As long as they're supporters who fit the "global agenda." I'd ask why Moneyball guys keep banging on about one stat - the league performance of one mixed half of a rebuliding season - when every other stat was so positive. I'd ask who else is advising them when their guru, Billy Bean, advised them to hire Comolli and they sacked him so quickly. Did they hire the wrong advisors or just lose belief in the advice? I'd ask why the Red Sox didn't win silverware in their first year. I'd ask how he sees Rodgers' possession transforming itself into a greater number of attempts on goal than Kenny had, which was the highest in the league, not "the form of 17th". Perhaps FFP has a part of it which relates to knocking it about at the back earning more points. Or something. I'd ask why they stood in the Wembley dressing room and told us all they'd wanted to see was progress, which they got. I'd ask why JW saw it as "realistic" to expect top four last season but not this season, when Rodgers has the benefit of all the necessary rebuilding work and foundation-laying Kenny did last season.

You can't have it both ways... If the owners are silent, it's seen that they are not showing an interest in their investment or do not care (Suarez/Evra is a good case in point) while when they talk its being seen as though they are undermining club stability Liverpool Football club has always been a club with sound, our fans are loud, our managers are outspoken and our players are passionate - we're different to other teams and Owners have to incorporate that or they fear being alienated by the fans. It's a learning curve for Henry & Co. With the Sox it's different as they know the american media and there is no language/slang barrier
A Q&A is a Q&A... its always going to be like that. If we want John Henry to give a "stat of the nation" type address where he deals frankly with issues like debts, money and stadia etc then i suppose we ought to be suggesting it through the channels we do have... supporters committee, twitter feed, send messages to club board like ayre etc... eventually the guy has to get that people are looking at whats happening right now and seeing G&H all over again (rightly or wrongly)
I never mentioned them undermining club stability to be fair. I also don't have an issue with them speaking out...as and when there's something to say. If we are forced to sell Agger to buy other players for instance...then I would want a statement...if there is real news on stadium development etc (and not just management speak flim flam bullshit which actually means sod all like we got last time). If there's something to say then say it if not I suggest they adopt the age old mantra that "actions speak louder than words". Get things right...then talk about it by all means. Don't make a complete **** up of it then try and convince me its all part of The Plan
