    Yep. I am have been setting myself cheat days. I had a blow out for Plate Day and I'm at the races again on the 25th for Ladies Day (best day of the year, fannytastic). Then I have my holidays in Majorca early August and night watching my mate box some feckers lugs off (hopefully). A singular day of allowing myself a treat i.e. couple of glasses of wine or a pizza, I'm good. Let myself fly since October, but finally got back on it and feeling good. Sickening my lass with extreme fat burn.
