West Ham are a good example of a 'typical Sky PL club' imo. They're making no progress despite currently spending around £80 million a season, have overpriced players on high wages and would be crippled if they went down. The ground empties when they go two goals down, the stadium is dreadful and the new supporters are fickle as fick. http://hammersunited.com/protest-update/
Another conundrum about West Ham, is what hold did the Dildo Brothers (peddlers of porn to the discerning) have over Bonko when he was Mayor of London. Iirc the deal that put them into the old Olympic stadium was very advantageous to the Dildos, especially as they had a big development on the old stadium. I few investigations have taken place but apparently no 'foul play' has been uncovered which to me and many others smacks of a cover-up. But hey ho.. the stadium is not really football friendly even if they have a peppercorn rent.
