Pre this bet Pilgrim, your balance is £50. Assuming you don't have any more bets today, if that loses it will leave you with £40 to bet with next month and if it wins it will leave you with £80 to bet with next month. Far be it from me to suggest what you do but just to make you aware that, if you were to reach a balance of zero today, you would be relegated and advanced a further £1,000 to bet with next month. Just saying
Ron shows the way to become a loan shark! Good job this is only for fun or I'd have lost the house. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
That's the problem isn't it? Easy with pretend money, but when your punting for real I think it affects your judgement and you can easily end up chasing losses. I don't miss the betting though and have just as much fun watching racing. Religeously I will always have a bet at Cheltenham but will always do this "cash over the counter" rather than using an online account (which I find very dangerous).
Got my place in Sydney booked for the holiday Stick - took your advice (many thanks ) and have got a place in Coogee via Airbnb
Thank you very much Ron. I'm going to risk and enter the next month only with 40 pounds if I'm not lucky today, I'm sure it will be a very long month. Again, thank you very much for your notice and for your great work.
Epsom Oaks Friday June 1st £200 e/w Flattering @25/1 (I can't post the oddschecker site from work Ron but a couple of dodgy firms seem to be offering this).
Check to see if Randwick have a fixture while you are there. You can walk to the track from Coogee. You should search out a local pub called the Duke Of Gloucester (great steaks) although in this day and age "lingerie night" may be a thing of the past!
