What I really like is not only is he performing better than ever but quite surprisingly he seems to be a good lad in the dressing room as well.

He and clyne have certainly hit it off and I saw Luke shaw get asked on twitter who gives him the most help and advice to which he responded punch! Definitely worth keeping on in my opinion.

They don't have to sign the contract...you only have to offer a contract the same as or better than their present contract to qualify for compensation. Strange but true according to FA regs.

Are you sure that is true at Puncheons age? I thought it was for younger players, under 24, that compensation was paid if contract has expired. Those over 24 could walk without compensation?
