NC is a business man........He knows that Puncheon has some talent. He also is aware that people want Puncheon but do not want to pay for him. At least NC's valuation anyway. As for his value to Saints.......Whatever happened between the two of them must have been fairly serious. Chief executives just don't keep players of Puncheon's talent, training with the reserves and not excepting bids, which have been received, and not get rid. There is more to this than meets the eye. Whatever young Puncheon's done it has to be something really bad for him to be treated liike this.

I don't like to see talent wasted, but I fully back NC regarding this petulant child, he has not made one noise that allows me to feel any sympathy for him.
 
if he wants to rot in the reserves for 18months because of our beloved chairman then fine, his career he is ruining but Cortese shouldn't be making him train with the kids - thats up to Nigel IMO AND NOT Cortese
 
For me his twitter comment just shows how small minded the man(?) is. Sit still for 18months and do nothing is not what I would want if I was in his shoes.

Seeing as how we could be playing in the top league next season I would be busting a gut to try and win back my place in the team and the confidence of the management. Not acting like a spoilt brat throwing my toys out of the pram.
 
I've been one of his biggest supporters, but even I'm starting to lose my patience with him. Great player, but sadly it's time to just cut loose and get rid.
