The good thing about Puma is that for those of you that don't want to shell out £50+ on the shirt, the China alternatives tend to be identical (unlike some - though the Hummel I have is 1:1) for around £14. google the website dhgate for those that are interested. Normally good quality whatever make. I actually got the England kit back in early March for £15 and it is 1:1 and indistinguishable from the £70 one. And I got it before it was even announced
If I was a shirt wearer, I would have no qualms about buying from the internet instead of the club. Obviously no one has to buy one but fans want to show their allegiance and I understand that but they are being ripped off by their own club. I think it's that clubs say on one hand how they value their supporters but on the other they charge £50+ for a ****ty shirt. I know that most of the money made goes to the manufacturer but clubs are making some money themselves and must have an influence on pricing.
Agree, football prices are a joke. From the tv subscriptions, to tickets, to shirts. Legitimately surprises me that people keep paying the prices.
Cancel the TV listen to the wireless instead. **** buying a shirt get your mum to knit you a red and white striped bobble hat and scarf.
But you'll still need a radio receiving licence for your Cat's Whiskers system, so that you can pick up 2LO, and get the Saturday teatime Association Football results

Dhgate or Ali Express beckons again. Failing that I have the WhatsApp of 3 Chinese sellers that have never let me down. Normally <£20 delivered and identical.
There'll be a cheaper fans' version for £50, that doesn't have breathable technology or some other gimmicky sh*te.
The players version is more slim fitting too - ie athletic 20 somethings can pull it off. The fans versions are less breathable and more suited to those that don’t exercise for a living
