I dont think the warnock challenge needed a card, but my point is Huths was no worse, it was just not in the box!

The guys is on his way to hospital where the Sunderland player played on?

That tackle is studs up and if there was contact it would have been a leg breaker!

Oh I didn't realise if they can play on it's not a foul. Maybe you should inform the refs

I didn't say it wasn't a foul - in fact quite the opposite! I was just making the comparison of the 2 tackles and the lack of consistency with refs the season!

Where is the rest of that video has it mysteriously dissapeared into space?
Fair enough, I just wanted to see it ALL again. <ok> not just the slide in by Huth thanks anyway.

If you had just come back from 2 serious knee injuries and just had to leap to avoid a lunging tackel, I bet you would have wanted to check to see if your knee was still attached.
Red card or not, Pulis pretence not to know Meyler's name and condemnation that he faked inury was disgusting. The ref had a card out before Meyler hit the ground.

If he didn't touch him, why is Robert Huth apologising publicly for the foul??????

I still haven't seen footage of AFTER the foul, when Meyler was apparently "faking injury", but either way, that's not the kind of thing you should be throwing about the media.
From what I've seen there was contact, as the lad jumped out of the way of the challenge, maybe he's apologizing for that, or because of the risk of injury had Huth not tried to pull out and Meyler jumping out the way. Or maybe just to be a nice guy.

I think Pulis needs to start thinking about what he's saying. I always used to like the fact that his interviews were all to the point, now he just seems to whinge.

Fair play to Huth if as reportd he has apolgised to Meyler <applause>
Excuse me for seeming to be a bit (dim) but I clicked the link and didn't see where the Huth statement was.? Reported by Newcastle paper of somesort??
Still think Pulis should have kept it shut too! IF he wants to appeal, he can. But, best sometimes to say nothing.

The only report of it I've seen is just a line saying Huth has approached Meyler to apologise, no comment from Huth himself or anything.

R.e Pulis, as I've said on another thread, all the talk he does about buisness being done behind closed doors, yet he does an awful lot of complaining/ accusing in the papers/ radio.
