The surprising fact is that Guinness have 6 breweries in Africa of which 4 are in Nigeria and that the Africans consume 40% of the World's Guinness (the barley is replaced by maize but the flavour is the same). People in Nigeria are surprised that the Irish drink what they think of as their national drink
