No - they don't have wings they have wing-like pectoral fins - and they live in water. The creatures I'm thinking of have 'real' wings and don't live in water - but are classified as fish. Only in America though...Sea Robin?
Yup. The Californian government reclassified bees as fish last month - actually because insects aren't covered in the state's endangered species laws so couldn't be declared as endangered. The laws do cover fish so to solve the problem, bees were simply reclassified as fish.Bees. In California. So that they are no longer under certain environmental protections.
