Is it some sort of aiming device for a weapon? Like a sight? They have a post at the front and an aperture at the rear. But the 4kg thing confuses. Maybe a bazooka?

getting closer however not a bazooka or SRAAW (66mm) or Charlie Gutzache (Carl Gustaf) (84mm), think smaller calibre

tbh the weight varies depending on website, 3 sights 3 different weights. As we have decided it is a weapon, my muzzle velocity is 823m per second
