André Rieu? I know he was born in Maastricht in the Netherlands, but the southernmost part of the province that it's in goes to the foothills of the Ardennes Mountains and the name Rieu is of Huguenot origin. I must admit that I'm not sure what the impact crater and horses have to do with it.
