Cheers Yorkie. This is a bit of a tricky one so I may have to help on the way. What did the Kingdom of Yemen do which was directly contrary to Tsar Peter the Great and Henry VIII ?

Clues needed here ? Henry VIII and Peter the Great had something in common - something which would have bothered me as a young man, but no longer. I would now be more bothered (costly for my purse) by the ruling in the Kingdom of Yemen (1936). In Afghanistan the question is a handfull or not a handfull.
