Bizarre that such a positive thread should be derailed by certain posts.

Pretty sure if you asked me what the attendance was at my first game I would have said full house of 40 thousand plus as I couldn't believe the amount of people in one place.

It was probably under 10k, not that I remember my actual first game as I was 5 and just remember the noise

 

Ridiculous what's happened to this thread. Nice one for the pic Tees. I think my little lad will like football as he loves hoying balls about, usually smack in someone's face, but he hasn't got the hang of kicking it yet. He is only one to be fair

Yeah pretty annoying really. I had my lads in my head when i wrote this and its been nit picked by a pair of absolute nob heads. Any decent person would realise i got the attendance wrong but understand what the thread was all about. Them 2 must literally have no friends or family that particularly like them.

 

The thread title said it all really. Ill look out for them 2 from now on. We dont need or want posters like that

 

After 50 years of travel I'd imagine there's not many of my memories would stand up to forensic examination ...

... but that's not really the point of memories is it, I treasure all of mine no matter how innacurate.

Why have some of my comments been deleted from here?,
Its my thread if anyone spoils it ill shoot them down! Its the way ive always been and deleting my threads does not tell a full story to someone looking in. Its a fecking joke this forum sometimes, i really wonder why i bother sometimes

 

You bother 'cos most people are fine, most threads are good and you know people like me take a real interest in you and your kids ...

This threads a farce now. Ive had comments deleted in response to 2 nobheads derailing my thread which was about my lads.
I love to do off the cuff threads and lets be honest i create more threads than anyone on here. That stops now after tonight. Whats the fexking point..
Shooting a football related thread down is one thing, but to do it on a thread that i done about my lads and then see comments ive made deleted is taking the pish. Ill become an observer now

 

Please don't stop making threads, not sure why there has been the need to focus on stats. God forbid we would focus on the positives.

Personally I would delete all the posts and leave your ordinal post and hope that people see it and contribute properley

 

You've been wishing invalidity on a poster repeatedly and you've been wanting to slap either him or his lads, I guess the mods don't want that kind of talk on here.
All they have done is delete the offending posts, if you can't see the potential offence of those posts when the person you are aiming the posts at claims he is housebound then the mods are correct in their moderation.
If I was a mod and this thread was reported to me I'd take similar action or better still do as Chunksafc suggests.

 

My frustration here is 2 posters jumped in a thread blatenty aimed as a 'proud dad post'. I'd rather read a hundred 'proud dad' posts than this mess
