20 goals and 9 assists in the Championship, of course we did. But at least it's 12 points already secured, seeing as he always scores against Southampton and Burnley.
Obviously we don't know the full story, but if his attitude is bad then the treatment is far enough. But if it's to force him out then it's a bit ****ty.
And why wouldn't we be talking about Leicester? I want to. You want to. We all want to. What are you like Party? Ya daft bugger.
I should just give in to it shouldn't I. Bring on the Leicester. May it never end. Never ever. Forever. Leicester.
Strange decision this - SB is the person who decided to purchase Prozzie. Is there not one club in the entire four divisions who would not take him on a free? Am I correct in saying that Blackpool cannot even field a full team at the moment? I think Nick was finished when he didn't convert that penalty against Cardiff on the last day of the Championship - it may be in a deep subconscious layer of his mind but I do not believe SB has ever forgiven him for that - again a reflection on SB as Meyler was going to take that penalty only for SB to overrule it. Can anyone tell me what these issues at Barnsley and Las Vegas and apartment trashing are all about? - first I heard of them - if true, these would be much more serious regarding his omission from 1st team. I thought he was a model of probity and virtue.
That was an irrelevant goal, it didn't matter if we won 10-0 or lost 10-0, we would have been promoted that day regardless.
He scored 2 coming off the bench v Ipswich also - 1 late on to snatch 3 vital points, some people have short memories.
I suspect, whether rightly or wrongly, that NP's time at City drew to an end when he gestured at the City bench after scoring in the Cup at Middlesbrough.
Disgraceful and I for one dont like this sort of thing at any club nevermind the one i support. The best way to get rid of him is to get him playing to his potential. Shame Nick P. is not @ Aston Villa as they are masters at this sort of thing. I see that Darren Bent is back in the Villa fold now after his loan @ Fulham last season.
It was not a good idea or thing to do that is for sure. But you can understand his frustration as well. For me what finally sunk him was what went on @ Barnsley. NP should have done much better that he did.
I have a reliable sauce that knows most of the squad well, and he says they're all great blokes apart from prozzy, who is absolute tosser. So he says.
Shame its come to this but its a message to Prozzys agent to get his finger out and get him moved somewhere, anywhere. We'll end up paying him off.
If that is true then why subject him to the development squad.?? SB should have told him to stay in germany until he finds a club.
The same Villa who refused to play Darren Bent when they where struggling to stay up and played a 17 year old off the bench instead of him?
