I agree with the stop clock and the penalty taking parts of that despite what everyone else on here might say about it. Too much dodgy ****e going on in the game these days. I think it is broken, dramatically broken. Inept refereeing has cost us a lot recently. Plus I think a stop clock system would be perfect for introducing video appeals into. A lot of the controversial bullshit every season could be removed from the game... Imagine if this was in place for the Arsenal game. Gibbs' mate 'Mark' might have had no choice but to send him off. Possibly the same with Walcott too and the Sanchez 'goal' wouldn't have counted. We could have won that and other games had there been a force for the referees to use to help them. Hell, if video reffing is introduced as an appeal system for team captains to choose when to use we wouldn't have got ****ed over so many times.
