I've already shown where that has been discredited.

You're making the claim that Arsenal 'cheated and bribed' their way to promotion, prove you're not talking out of your ring piece and provide the evidence.

Mate, you've discredited nothing. Saying it's not true because you don't want it to be true is leading you down your own well traveled path of self destruction

It happened nearly 100 years ago, I'll forgive but I'll never forget

Wrong again. It wasn't me who discredited it, it was a leading historian on the club has highlighted a number of factual errors. Even then the claim being made was never said by Knighton.

You're out of your depth. You've made a claim that you cannot back up and you've repeated a claim that has been shown to be false.

You've ****ed it up and shown yourself to be a bit of an idiot in the process, well done.

He didn't discredit anything re bribery to get Arsenal promoted.

Everything Arsenal have today is built on a lie, the lance armstrong of football if you will

He didn't discredit anything re bribery to get Arsenal promoted.

That's because Knighton never said that there was any bribery you ****ing plum <laugh>

I'll make this very simple for you. Prove you're not talking **** and provide the evidence with links to that evidence to back up your claim that Arsenal 'cheated and bribed' their way to promotion.

PNP has provided it. I can't say anything more, he's won and his point remains firmly proven

You can't say any more because you are talking out of your arsehole.

thanks for confirming <ok>

So you reckon Norris being banned and outed for bribery and corruption leads no weight to Arsenal's own promotion scandal ?

It's called inference mate and jurys of mine and your peers use it all the time

I can't say anything more

Perhaps you can explain how this Arsenal manager said Arsenal 'bribed' their way to promotion when

1. He never said that there was any bribery ?
2. His autobiography has been discredited for factual inaccuracies
3. He wasn't even Arsenal manager at the time

I'll await your answers :)

Wrong again, Norris wasn't banned for bribery.

He was sacked by Arsenal for making payments to players to join the club and because he had his hands in the till. Rightly so, Arsenal did the right thing.

You're doing a good job of making yourself look stupid though, keep it up <ok>

Hardly. It was unusual granted, but it was unusual circumstances given that football had been disbanded during the war.

If you want to look at recent history though, and dishonourable acts, then how about Spurs employing spies to illegally collect data on members of the Olympic park committee when they were trying to move to Stratford ?

That's not even mentioning your dishonourable act of welching on our bet. [HASHTAG]#bottler[/HASHTAG]
How is it dishonourable to look into the dubious way in which West Ham were awarded their stadium?
You're ignoring your own morals just because it involves football, again.
Do you think that it was all above board and the deal was completely legit?
You've suddenly turned into a Tory, it seems. Funny that.

1. You don't know that. Apparently, on his deathbed, Norris admitted to all this to his daughter. You cannot say for sure that he never said it

2. Every book ever written has factual inaccuracies, Arsenal 100% categorically bribing their way to promotion is not one of those ( See PNP handing you your lunch a few pages back)

3. What does that have to do with anything ?

Simple, provide the evidence to prove you're not talking ****.

Seems you are having trouble understanding this one simple instruction.
