Our goal wasn't luck at all, it was a well taken free-kick from Gerrard. Your goal it was questionable whether Hernandez was even in control of what he was doing. We had a penalty shout not given (Evans handball, okay it was evened up at the other end with the Enrique handball) and Hendo was unlucky not to score. Plus we were in full control for more-or-less 75% of the match. So yeah, i'd say we were unlucky.
you come over here and say that nonesense, well sorry i am just sitting here laughing because i am sure you are just trying to wind me up.
Are you on drugs. Do you know what Chicaritos job description is? Wow, I really hope that post wasnt serious.
Someone mentioned luck and the only luck in the game was Adams getting that free kick. Other than that it was down to the players on both sides either doing there jobs or not. Liverpool missed chances. Unlucky? No, just poor finishing. So if any team was lucky it was Liverpool. United dont need luck to defend. Do you think fergies team talk involves his telling the players to relax as lady luck will do all the hard work? No.
Go **** yourself. The flick on could have gone anywhere and you make it sound like it was completely planned. I am not the one on dope...you are.
Neither were penalties imo. The free kick that you scored from involved diving. The player was lucky to get the FK. Hence it was lucky. The goal itself wasnt, though giggs should of done better.
So you dont know what his job description is. Hes a striker in the poacher mould. Its his job to be in the right place at the right time. he gets plaid a **** load to do it and hes very very good at it. So no, it wasnt luck.
Hernandez goal was brilliant poaching. Henderson could have won it but 20m ... What a joke. Where was the 35m striker too?
I take it the hours and hours of training footballers do is all in vain as its all about luck isnt it. Every tackle, every missed chance.....pure luck. I wonder, are you taking the piss?
Believe me. Standing two feet in front of goal for an entire match (which he practically does) is NOT considered a skill. BUT I would imagine you would be calling it "unlucky" if he had balooned the ball over the bar...
Yes, and they'll both still be here in 5 years' time. We didn't pay Sunderland or Newcastle the money just to take both on loan for a couple of months.
For all you Manyoo numpties on here, have a read: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/15225853.stm Please pay extra attention to the stats at the bottom. You were outplayed...the 1-1 draw was unlucky on Liverpool. Go ahead and continue to discredit the FACT that you were out of your depth. What more evidence do you fools need to see?
from a man utd fan, i am totally bemused about your total lack of knowledge about football, but it dosent supprise me.
