Any **** that does not believe in evolution has either not studied it or lacks the intellectual capacity to accept it.
They most likely will procreate with members of their own family until their genrations of offspring become either infertile or become so seriously deformed by inbreeding mutations they are incapable of procreating. How so? And by naming only three branches of science you keep it very 'high school'.
Everything from thermophile bacteria through to the flying insects and from the colours of flowers to the distribution of seeds from trees shows the three sciences stated used in evolution.
