Thanks for your analysis JR and this table greatly simplifies the picture in a very encouraging way. :emoticon-0148-yes:

Amazing how Bournemouth suddenly seem to be the ones struggling. They'd won 6 straight games when we beat them way back then! I listened to their commentary on Player and they had 77% possession and yet only managed 3 shots on target from 7 chances.

We'd have got something out of the Brentford game had Howson not been suspended for **** all. Whittaker got slated, but we had no other real option that days. He's been superb recently back at RB though, the Whittaker haters really do my head in (I always end up sitting near one) and nice that nobody on here is giving him any stick lately.

He was at fault for Blackburn's goal by giving away the freekick AND not marking the scorer, Baptiste. However, he more than made up for it with the way he played, especially second half. That charging run to set up Johnson shows how much more confident and committed his is looking! Glad he's stepped it up again.

10/3 second favourites to be champions now behind Derby who are 9/5. Ipswich out to 14/1, the bookies have started to wise up after all.

We're also 8/11 second favourites for promotion, you can get Ipswich at 3/1 if you've got any spare cash you want to waste.

I actually can't bring myself to bet on us because it just annoys me that I didn't bet more when we were 16/1. Now I look at the odds and think those previous ones were insanely good

It's insane.

Yeah I know we might only be 3 points behind them later today (maybe not), but what has happened in the last 9 days is madness. I cannot recall the leading sides in the Championship all capitulate at the same time before

Crikey, a few weeks ago, I could have got 3/1 for promotion!!!

What I love is the one blemish on Watford's form...

And what's that supposed to mean????? <laugh>

PS - Or do you mean when we stopped two of the most prolific teams in the league from scoring???

Yes exactly! Watford would be the form team in the league if you remove us from the list and yet we beat them comfortably. 6 in 6 and it's not as if we've played only the weaker teams.

Not sure it's updated though as Ipswich's doesn't show a big fat "L" in their most recent match?

Well spotted Rob - I'll correct it when I'm sober!!!! <laugh>
