Taarabt pretty much sums up the QPR ethos, all he lacks is a couple of early red cards.Holt sums up ours.

I think all three promoted teams have good players. I think the reason Swansea and ourselves have done better is down to how they have been managed. All three teams certainly have good keepers, not brilliant defences, capable midfields and decent strikers. Holt and Graham have fired and we have had back up from Morison and Pilkington but QPR have had Helguson only.
    So I would go for

    Vorm
    Naughton Williams Whitbread Tierney
    Dyer Britton Faurlin
    Holt Graham Helguson

Might be too attacking so I would pop Johnson in for Helguson for a 4-4-2. Not everyones cup of tea but just players I prefer.

Not usual that I disagree with you Redruth but I can't understand how you could leave either Pilks or Nathan Dyer out, they have both been amazing!

I actually have got Dyer in but not Pilks. I did think about Pilks. I am a fan of his and have been really pleased with his progress but with picking three up front I've gone for a narrow midfield with Dyer to provide the width.
I could just as easy have picked Sinclair, Hoolahan(not on recent form), Fox, Allen, Routledge. Midfield was always going to be the contentious area.

Forgive me, I'd assumed the Dyer you selected was Keiron, in which case I can't believe you left him out!

He's not far behind Campbell! He's played a whole 9 minutes of football this season! <doh>

Scored a screamer against us though. Perhaps if McHolt had scored against Sunderland he might be in the squad.
