Take a look at Clive Lewis, he might be the younger untainted next leader. Working class background, brought up on a council estate by his single parent mother, went to the local comp, then on to Bradford Uni not Oxbridge. Served as an officer in the Army reserve training at Sandhurst, I think he might have spent time in Iraq as well. He is young articulate and my tells me he is good looking, He was a BBC reporter before he was elected last year so knows how to deal with the media and he would get the backing of the left of the party while knowing how to work as a team. It is a longshot but he might just be the one to watch.
For this to work you would need to have some form of proportional representation, otherwise you will either end up with a one party system on 33% of the vote or just prop up the two old parties in the FPTP system we currently have.

One of the women, probably. Gove is unacceptable on every level, Crabb thinks homosexuality can be "cured" and Fox is a political pygmy.
I heard this idea of splitting the two fractious parties and having more choice for the voters put forward on the radio, it is the way of things in some European countries, where coalition governments are more common. It is not perfect but I quite like the idea and think it is worth a try. The present system stinks imo.
