  2. 45 is far to young, should never die before your parents. His family must be devastated & my thoughts are there with them. Chin-up Billy mate, I think we are both fated with every bit of **** about..

Well said. Most around here are decent folk it seems, there's just a few tools that don't have much real life experience so constantly act like idiots.

Best of luck to you and your family.

i can relate. currently got stuff going on atm, wont go into too much detail but was literally 24 hours away to losing someone very close to me, it all came out of the blue. this happened nearly 2 months ago now.. a month after going into hospital i was told by the doctors that my loved one could die after all the work that was put in... 2 days later the recovery started and hasnt looked back... the doctors are gobsmacked and their medical evaluation of the situation has been 1 word that being a "miracle"... right now ive never been so happy in my whole life its changed everything, makes you feel so alive.

Thanks, and yeah everything is put in perspective. after everything just happened i was on the way home from the hospital and every little thing got to me... seeing people walking into the middle of the road, a woman with children in the car speeding. got me so rilled up, things you wouldn't normally take notice of. people take life for granted, fact is there is so much more to life and we just don't take notice of it.

Hope everything goes well for you guys too

  19. Cheers mate & it does make you go deeper inside of yourself. My Lollie puts us all to shame, she was born with the chord around her neck and the 5 seconds it took to get it off led to her Cerebral state. The lass could never barely walk but had a very independent life and was very capable in every way. She is known in York for her beautiful looks and always radiant smile to everyone she meets. Her wish came true in early 2009 when she found out she was pregnant and against all odds carried our daughter and gave birth very uncomplicated. A week after Ella's birth her left hip just totally collapsed and since that day and several operations she has lost all independence, movement and is subject to the most horrendous spasming you could imagine. I have fought hammer and tong for this beautiful woman as well as bringing up our little girl and it was only a few months ago that I got the support for them both that I desperately needed. We have a life line now and with having a brilliant GP we are hoping that there is a light at the end of the tunnel for Lollie.

    Fingers Crossed..

This actually brings a tear to my eye! I really am happy for you (at this interim period) and to see good news like this is fantastic. Plus as a fellow Yorkie, I always want to see you well lol! Put aside the pointless hate and all get together I say :)
