    There's always going to be a few flappers. It's only 3 weeks into a ten year plan.

    I would expect it'll be Martinez and I'm either this week or after Brighton and before the international break.

    Terry is an unknown, he could actually turn out to be a more than decent manager. Noticeable that Villa have gone to **** since he left.

    Villa's form could be down to Terry leaving but it's probably more just temporary due to losing Grealish and the new players all still gelling together.

    You are right, though. Terry is unknown as a manager but it's still laughable that Newcastle would choose him with all their new found riches.
