I think so, but I know Peej is pinning his hopes on us appointing Martinez..

Unfortunately the haters will be desperate to see us go down, but it doesn't matter it'll just delay things.

It's a very relaxed position we're in now... Just got to stay alive now

Hmmm. I'll like to interject with some facts:

1 - That nice stadium you play in... you couldn't afford it and went into administration as a result. Many local businesses went unpaid as a result (including the East Midlands Ambulance Service, but hey I'm sure they can afford it right?) and the people who built the stadium had to write off the last £5.5m of the cost as a result.

2 - You broke FFP many times on your rise to the top, including when paying Vardy wages far beyond what you could afford when you were in the Championship. All whilst your owner was proclaiming that he would spend £180m to make you into a top 5 club - at a time when you were valued at £39m - that's the equivalent of our owner claiming they were about to spend £1,4 billion.

No magic lamps, etc but also nothing to do with Leicester. Your owner took a gamble and it paid off, it's a good news story but it's not one of "solid foundations", that's just nonsense.

I reckon 2 decades ago we had more trophies than Man City and Chelsea combined. Though following late-90's Chelsea I may be off on that one slightly.

First point well made and accepted ... we were mismanaged before King Power ...

Second not so much... we won the title with a squad that cost a tenth of Man City's in that season ... £22 million ... they don't have 10 times our attendance ... Vardy's wage increase was supported by Champios League income plus the commercial positives from winning the Premier League ...

What ... because we won the league for the cost of roughly half the cost of a Joelinton? ... yet you think you can break into the big boys cartel whilst complying with FFP principles and restrictions ? ... jog on youth, you are way out of your depth <laugh>

You're choosing 1 thing to focus on whilst you've been clamped on everything else. If I was you I'd jog on

I agree the gamble came off, but that was after having broken FFP to get there. If I pawn my wifes jewellery to place it on Crystal Palace tomorrow and then win and buy it back, the fact I've won in the end doesn't mean it wasn't a gamble. And trust me, she wouldn't be happy.

The only clubs I can think of that, to my knowledge, haven't spent above their means to get up to the top echelons of the league are Man Utd and Liverpool.

Count the trophies youth ... we hadn't won the top league title or FA Cup in our history since the 1880's... we've now done both in the last 6 years ... now give your head a wobble coz you ain't got a hope in hell of winning either in the next 6 <laugh>

You like to focus on margins to suit you. But yeah, come back in 10 years and tell me who's won more. Or come back in 5 minutes. The answer is us
