The deal with BK was to buy in, when ready for Moshiri to take the remaining shares at the original price if he wanted. Would see her not being able to invest at the levels of the Saudi prince and also being worth more than her original £30m buy in.
It’s really of no consequence to me what happens at Newcastle, the idea that it somehow bothers me is merely a figment of your weird imagination. I’m just saying the deal sounds odd to me, and if I was a Toon fan I’d be somewhat sceptical at this point, as if what has come out so far is true, it makes little sense. It’ll go through, the loan paperwork being filed means it’s about done, what happens then we’ll see. Can’t be any worse than Ashley like whatever they do.
That deal made sense though, as Moshiri / Usmanov we’re going to invest heavily and didn’t want to inflate the value of the remaining BK & Co shares (that he wouldn’t release until they made good on their promises btw) off the back of their cash. Staveley having 10% that can’t increase in value, makes no sense to her, why would she want that?
I can't see why, that £30m would make her money invested in a......project she can add cash to. Great deal for newcastle if they are going to build a new training ground etc. These things are not bound by FFP. Stadium is more than good enough, but world class coaches and staff come at a premium, wage to turnover suddenly looks less inviting
and it begins The future owners of Newcastle are starting to prospect. They sent emissaries to inquire about the situations of Emmanuel Dennis (Bruges) and Dries Mertens (Naples
Think some here called it! At 33 Mertens is one for the future, the retirement home in the NE is calling
tbf he would walk in our team and all of them around us and the other ones a young lad. mate we have no strikers other than dwight gayle
So a bloke linked with Sheff U and a fella available on a free, who’s already been approached by Chelsea. No wonder you’re excited.
i dont think that story is true tbh, but were linked with some decent players by our current standards.. if this goes through its simply a matter of time...
And dont forget , Allegri will be coming from Juventus to the football and culture capital of the NE. If he can't attract the best, who will Bruce be able to entice. Surely Newcastle are favorites for Lingard now.
more activity on company house and its a bloke that handles PIFS buying of overseas companies... his name is vincent cheshire
