I think it depends on his position at PSG. They've got a lot of attacking options. If Mbappe is leaving in the summer, which looks likely, then they may wish to make a statement signing. Shipping out Icardi might give them some space to manoeuvre and not many clubs could pay his wages. It all could depend on whether you can sell his missus on the project and his place in it.
