The first time they were alleged to have sex she was 17 which is below the age of consent in Florida.
Hanging around with a convicted child sex offender isn't a great look either.
Just looked, so I refer back to my original question how old was she and him. Because although Florida is 18, there is a close in age exemption. Ie 16-17 can engage in sex but the other person must be no older than 23.
It’s not full-blown noncery but anyone much over 20 knowingly shagging a 16/17-year-old girl is grim. Once you’re 30 it’s clearly wrong. At 40 I think it’s valid enough to label him anything you want even if it happens to take place somewhere it’s not illegal.
