Matt Smith scored a consolation goal for Fulham against Bournemouth Brett Pitman got 2 for the Cherries - tried to take a free kick late on for his hat trick but they would not let him take it - not convinced Pitman is that popular in the dressing room
Not quite "previous players" but Adam El-Abd was sent off in the 65th minute for Bury in their 1-0 home defeat to Oxford (2 Yellows). Wes Burns scored Cheltenham's goal in their 1-1 draw with Mansfield. To complete the loan news - Karleigh Osborne and Bobby Reid both played 90 minutes for Colchester and Plymouth respectively.
My old man is a Plymouth regular and he said Bobby Reid has been nowhere near as effective since he went back for a second spell there this season. He was raving about him early in the season, so not sure if all the coming and going has affected him? On another note, watching the City goals on YouTube I noticed the City Player vs Player quiz, and how thick is Bobby Reid?
Unfortunately he is injured and out for the rest of the season: http://www.seagulls.co.uk/news/article/sam-baldock-injury-blow-2317080.aspx
Ryan Harley now at Exeter - made 2 appearances for us - has made about 200 appearances elsewhere - at one point we were rumoured to be resigning him, but he went to Brighton instead - never quite made it? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/31794679 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ryan_Harley
Matt Smith scores again today, Brett Pitman gets a hatrick. And some said they aren't championship players.
There is rather a lot of "forwards" out there that are performing well and used to be with us! Bolasie is always a dream to watch on MOTD
Sam Baldock out for rest of the season...bit like maynard! good season moves on don't score a lot and gets injured and that is that ! CAN anyone remember so many knee or leg injuries back in the 60's to 80 's?
