Once we have this stadium, I can only see us rise up the leagues (or at least bloody hope!) and our finances will be sorted too 
If we get planning permission for Sainsbury's - and that's the big stumbling block - we should be playing football in the UWE Stadium whilst the Teds are going through the Appeal Court
