I was waffling about that on the Saints Stuff thread. Sam M hasn't done bad in that position so far.
Yann Valerie looks an exciting prospect. Harry Reed should have been given more first team chances. He is a neat player.
Not too much to take from that, other than a bit of exercise.
Some players seemed to rush in, a few times, allowing themselves to be turned, and some occasional wide open spaces created by full backs pushing up, that will hopefully be sorted, during the next few games.

When Harry Reed got up, the commentator said he did if "gingerly" and they both started giggling. Good times.
Sky have just covered our friendly, showing the goals with shots of Redmond, Pierre and Puel thrown into the discussion. Isn't this a bit of a first for us....I have always noticed that our friendlies tend to get ignored. We must have made the film available....all part of our intention to be higher profile.
